Check the fix on the live page
A closed ticket does not prove the customer got the fix. Check the public page again, then keep watching the areas that change often.
- Confirm the correction is live in the right market.
- Keep the proof with the original problem.
- Watch for the problem after the next release.
- Share repeated problems with the team that owns the process.
