What customers actually saw
The price, promotion, delivery promise and stock that were live on the days you care about.
RevenueImpact
It joins what was live on your storefront to what the market actually earned. So you walk into the review with an answer instead of a chart.RevenueImpact is in development and taking design partners. If this is your problem, your input shapes what gets built.
Why the number moved
Italy was down last month. Maybe the sale price stopped showing on phones. Maybe free shipping showed the wrong amount. Maybe both. You get a number for each cause instead.
What gets connected
A short list of what to fix, in order, with what each one is costing you.
The price, promotion, delivery promise and stock that were live on the days you care about.
Orders, conversion, payment mix, stock and landed cost for each market on its own.
Each cause gets a euro range, its assumptions, a named owner and a way to check the result.
Where the number comes from
Each problem is weighed by where customers met it in the buying journey and how many days it was live. Every number carries the assumptions behind it, so changing an assumption changes the estimate in view.
One thing you will not get is a real-time margin number. Cost and payment data arrive late, so the money view closes monthly with a person reviewing it. An instant number would be guessing.
What this needs from your side
You need read-only order data, landed cost per SKU, payment-provider data and one person who can decide what happens next. If landed cost per SKU does not exist, this is not the right time.
